What can I play for free?
Six starter games are always free: Tile Recall, Ink Trap, Pipe Route, Balance, Word Garden and Tangram. You can also play the rotating three-game daily mix. MEDHA Plus unlocks the full collection and its available levels.
I bought Plus, but my games are locked.
Check that your iPhone uses the Apple Account that made the purchase. In MEDHA, open You → Explore MEDHA Plus → Restore purchases. Connect to the internet and allow the restore to finish. Contact support if your active subscription still does not unlock the games.
How do I cancel or change my subscription?
In MEDHA’s Plus screen, choose Manage subscription. You can also open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → MEDHA. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. You can continue using Plus until the end of your paid period, subject to Apple’s subscription status.
How can I request a refund?
Apple handles payments and refund decisions. Use Apple’s refund service with the Apple Account used for the purchase.
Where is my game progress saved?
Game progress, favorites and preferences are saved on your iPhone. Closing a game normally keeps its saved progress. Deleting the app can remove local saves, so contact us before reinstalling to troubleshoot a problem. Restoring Plus restores purchase access; it does not restore deleted local game saves.
How do I reset progress or change appearance?
Open You → Settings. You can choose System, Light or Dark appearance and change sound and haptics. Read the confirmation carefully before resetting progress: a reset removes the selected local records.
The plans won’t load.
Check your internet connection and try again. Purchases and restores need access to Apple’s services. You can continue with the starter games while plans are unavailable.
